Eyes On Me doesn’t have a physical body. Instead, the stand inhabits the cellphones of its victims. The stand user must be within a 10 meter radius of the target to “download” the stand onto their phone. After this, it doesn’t matter how far away that the target is from the stand’s user, as long as the victim has cell service, Eyes On Me can allow the user to see around the affected cellphone’s area as if they were a ghost.

Eyes On Me can also speak through the affected phone with a compelling power of suggestion. Orders given by the stand are difficult to ignore and the compulsion to follow them grows the longer the stand has been on the victim’s phone. However, everything spoken comes through the phone’s speaker and if that is silenced, Eyes On Me’s powers are practically useless.
