Cat Scratch Fever is a physical attacking stand around the same height and weight as a typical housecat. However, what it lacks in strength is made up with speed.
Aside from being extremely agile and able to see in the dark, Cat Scratch Fever can cause whatever it attacks to “lag”. Basically anything it damages, living or otherwise, starts to physically slow down over time. It cannot cause someone to completely stop, but the sluggishness and disconnect felt by enemies can get overwhelming.
Non-living objects are affected just as much. A clock will slow down its pace, a car will lose its speed, and even if something is attacked in the air, the speed of its descent will slow, regardless of physics.
